“Kim Milyoner Olmak İster?" (Who Wants To Be A Millionaire) has been Turkey’s most popular quiz show for a quarter of a century! For 25 years, this beloved quiz show has entertained millions of viewers with excitement, knowledge, and unforgettable moments. The broadcast journey of the show in Turkey began on March 7, 2000 when it first aired on Show TV under the title "Kim Beş Yüz Milyar İster?" (Who Wants 500 Billion) hosted by Kenan Işık. It quickly became a favorite among viewers. In 2005, after the Turkish Lira was revalued, the show’s name changed to "Kim Beş Yüz Bin İster?" (Who Wants 500 Thousand).

Over the years, the programme moved between different channels. In 2007-2008, it aired on Star TV as "Kim 1 Milyon İster?" (Who Wants 1 Million) and since 2011, it has been airing on ATV as "Kim Milyoner Olmak İster?" (Who Wants To Be A Millionaire) under its current name, where it continues to attract millions of viewers weekly. 

The success of the format goes far beyond Turkey. Owned by Sony Pictures, "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" format has been captivating audiences globally for 27 years. With over 120 versions worldwide in more than 80 languages, it is one of the most adapted and long running game shows in television history.

Today, with the contributions of Sera Film, the Turkish version remains as exciting as ever on ATV and celebrates its 25 year journey. As one of the longest-running game shows in Turkish television history, "Kim Milyoner Olmak İster" is still thrilling and inspiring viewers of all ages with knowledge, excitement, and the dream of winning big.
