Locally known as “Foto’n Gitti with İbrahim Selim”, “We Called Your Ex” is a relationship entertainment format that explores modern dating through real stories, unexpected twists and two very different perspectives. Originally launched on YouTube Türkiye, the first season aired 74 episodes and quickly built a strong audience. With its second season, which premiered on September 2, 2026, the format continues to engage audiences, with episodes being recorded in front of a live audience at Zorlu PSM, one of Istanbul’s largest performing arts centers.
Every episode starts with one person sharing their side of a relationship story. The host listens and reacts to the story together with the co-host and audience. But just when they think they know who was right, wrong, ghosted, manipulated or misunderstood, the other person gets a chance to tell their side. Suddenly, everything can look different, turning a familiar dating story into an unpredictable reveal. From ghosting and mixed signals to love bombing, emotional manipulation and communication breakdowns, the format explores the realities of modern relationships through real stories and real experiences.
